My impression from recent conversations with Dr Yunus is that in Europe he is excited by recent advances made in :
Berlin
Glasgow
and Monaco

that Oslo & Paris remain the international capitals without which future capitalism would not have been born- Oslo's opening of a permanent exhibtion in Dhaka in summer 2008 is an extrordinary expression of support of Bangladeshi women and youth; the production of Yunusmovie out of Paris will one day be the happiest and most humanly productive news story of them all.

There is also huge excitement that Queen Sofia is deeply involved in microcreditsummit 2011 in Madrid,; that London would be a bit of a disappointment if it wasn't for the fantastic microgreen prize network Ashden Awards

Tuning in to microcreditsummit world, nothing is currently more exciting than the emergence of world ranked microcredit in Africa in Kenya http://jamiibora.net; Sam Daley Harris founder of microcreditsummit has brilliantly designed Kenya's Ingrid Munro as host of microcreditsummit 2010 and connected her with both the recent latin american microcreditsummit in colombia and with meeting Quuen Sofia in celebrating the next 2 microcreditsummits and exchanges of Latin American and African knowhow.

Grameen America out of Boston continues to sign up brilliant health partners for future capitalism and has just ope=ned Grameen's 2nd banking branch in Omaha after Queens at the start of 08.

Europe should be opening 1 if not 2 social business funding sources in 2010 with Monaco probably leading the way

As well as creative labs for popularising the design and replication of social business there are yunus centres with AIT in Bangkok the first. There are also 3 Japanese universities linking in soon. MuhammadYunus.org is now http://yunuscentre.org
